The WP premium plate series feature a computer designed base plate that has a tapered bottom and edges for high speed and excellent maneuverability. The Pulse Jet De-icer provides the most effective safe method for thawing frozen water service lines. Without the fire risk associated with other thawing methods, the Pulse Jet De-icer can be used on plastic service lines in addition to copper and iron.

Built for industrial use, the Pulse Jet De-icer is designed as a self contained unit utilizing a flexible tubing to feed a special spray head down the water line to the frozen section. Once the spray head reaches the frozen section of the water line, high pressure is used to thaw the line. The Pulse Jet De-icer is fabricated of steel and is powder painted for extra protection. The stainless steel water supply reservoir uses an immersion heater to warm the water. Tubing is conveniently stored on a hand wind reel. The reel can be quickly interchanged with other reels containing larger lengths of tubing.

The small footrpint and straight-forward controls make the Clean Track® 12 easy to operate, maneuver, and transport. The 12-inch cleaning path allows extraction in tight spaces such as elevators. The laminar-flow shoe and controlled water usage assist with faster dry times so normal traffic can resume without extended interruption.

The Titan 450 portable direct-fired propane heaters are a popular addition to our propane heater product line. They can be easily transported to and around the job site. They are light-weight, easy to handle, and designed specifically for pest control heat treatments. The Titan 450's small footprint lets it easily operate on balconies and patios, go upstairs, can be stored upright for space-saving transportation.

The fans in the heaters are powered by 120 volts at 7.5 amps and the heat is generated by propane or natural gas. Our unit moves up to 4,000 CFM of air, and produces more than 513,000 BTU when fully open. These heaters operate with a max discharge temperature of 210F and can increase ambient temperature up to 175F. The Titan 450 can be operated with 5 gallon or 10 gallon propane tanks.

The Titan 450 may be operated in a hallway and is perfect for apartments.

The Titan 800 portable direct-fired propane heaters are probably the most widely-used heaters for GreenTech Heat treatments. They are inexpensive and can be transported fairly easily around the job site.

The fans in the heaters are powered by 120 volts at 7.5 amps and the heat is generated by propane or natural gas. Our unit moves up to 5,000 CFM at 800,000 BTU when fully open. Generating 990,000 BTU, these heaters operate with a max discharge temperature of 260F and can increase ambient temperature up to 180F.

The formula for calculating the heat output of a heater is:

BTU = (airflow in cfm) x 1.08 x (change in temperature)

Direct-fired gas units need to be placed outside the structure and gas detection should be performed while technicians are working inside the treatment area to ensure oxygen, carbon dioxide and carbon monoxide are at appropriate levels.

A single Titan 800 will treat up to 3,000 square feet in 8 hours.

ePro electric heaters recycle room air through the intake port, over the heating coils and out into the treatment area. Each time air passes through the heater it imparts more energy into the air creating higher temperatures. The 45-pound ePro heater will effectively treat 600 square feet in 8 hours, making it perfect for hotels and dorm room treatments! This easily transported heater has eight individual 8 amp heat elements that can be used together or separately, depending on availability of electricity on the job site. Simplified electrical needs significantly reduce set up times, with no need for a generator.

Axial fans and centrifugal fans are an integral part of the GreenTech Heat process. There are a variety of fans that can be used for GreenTech Heat, but how can you be sure that they will withstand the high temperatures we achieve?

We’ve done the hard work for you by testing our axial fans in real-world scenarios to determine which units work the best while drawing the least power. If are going to use older fans that you currently have as part of your equipment inventory, you will want to test the fans to make sure they are able to run at higher temperatures. Some axial or centrifugal fans shut off at temperatures as low as 130°F, which will stop convection currents limiting the effectiveness of the heat treatment.

Because of the convected energies created by the GreenTech Heat electric and propane heaters, we do not recommend residents re-enter the property until temperatures have cooled to 85°F.
